Payment

• Full payment is required upfront. No items will be reserved on partial payment.
• No goods will be released or dispatched without full payment.

Collection & Storage

• All goods must be collected within 15 days of purchase.
• Goods not collected within this period will incur a storage fee of 5% per week on the total value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product Condition

• Clearance items may include mixed batches, discontinued stock, or imperfect goods, including chipped or damaged tiles.
• All goods are sold as seen with no guarantees on shade, batch, or condition.
• Natural stone and tiles may vary in colour, pattern, and texture. Variations from samples or displays are normal and not grounds for any claim.
• No selection of specific tiles or batches is permitted.

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

Risk & Liability

• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection or dispatch.
• The seller will not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from the use or supply of goods.
• Loading of goods is done entirely at the customer’s own risk.
