WOMAG is looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support one of our external sales executives within our natural stone, porcelain and surface solutions division.

Working in a fast-paced architectural and design-focused environment, this role is responsible for the behind-the-scenes coordination and administration that keeps projects, orders and client communication running smoothly.

You’ll assist with quotes, order processing, workflow coordination and day-to-day client communication while working closely with designers, architects, contractors, developers and homeowners.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organised but fast-moving environment, enjoys administration and coordination, and has a professional approach when dealing with clients and project-related communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to an external sales executive
  • Preparing quotes, invoices and sales-related documentation
  • Processing orders and assisting with order tracking
  • Coordinating client queries, collections and deliveries
  • Liaising with designers, contractors, architects and homeowners
  • Assisting with workflow management and prioritisation
  • Following up on outstanding information, approvals and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
  • Coordinating internally with sales, operations and logistics teams
  • Assisting with showroom administration and day-to-day operational support
  • Helping ensure a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, sales support or a coordinator role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and confident when dealing with clients
  • Computer literate and comfortable working across multiple systems

Advantageous

  • Experience within interiors, architecture, construction, kitchens, tiles, stone, décor or luxury retail
  • Experience working with quotes, invoicing and order coordination
  • An interest in design, interiors and architectural finishes

This role is essentially the administrative and coordination support behind an external sales executive — managing quotes, orders, client communication and workflow to keep projects moving smoothly within a fast-paced stone, tile and architectural surfaces environment.
