Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic showroom consultant to assist walk-in, phone, and online clients, manage sales administration, and close deals.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous).

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

• Customer-service and sales driven, with an eye for design.

• Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Basic maths.

• Reliable transport.

• Proactive and able to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise clients in the showroom, on calls, and via web leads.

• Prepare and send quotes.

• Follow up and close sales.

• Provide product knowledge and guidance for different applications.

• Manage personal admin and time effectively.

advantageous

• Experience in construction/tiling/fabrication/flooring/slabs.

• Previous customer-facing or sales experience.
