All items to be collected within 15 working days. Failure to collect will result in storage fees being applied at the rate of 5% of total value per week.

  1. Goods must be collected within 15 working days.
  2. Payment of goods must be made in full. No goods can be reserved with part payment.
  3. No dispatch of goods will occur without full and final payment.
  4. All risk to the goods passes to the customer as soon as goods are dispatched/collected.
  5. If goods are not collected within 15 working days, storage will be charged at a cost of 5% of the value of the goods per week, unless prior arrangement is made in writing.
  6. All tiles, but in particular natural stone tiles, have variation in colour and texture that may not appear on the sample display. This shall not allow the client leeway in instituting a claim against us.
  7. No selection of tiles is allowed.
  8. All sales are considered final. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be entertained for whatsoever reason.
  9. Job Lots may be made up of mixed tiles and may have some damaged tiles.
  10. All goods are sold as is.
  11. The customer agrees, regardless of any negligence on our part, to hold harmless and indemnify us from any liabilities or costs which may accrue or be suffered by the customer in connection with the supply of goods by us.
  12. We will not be liable to the customer in connection with any error in information supplied to the customer, whether arising out of negligence on behalf of us or any of our agents.
  13. Loading into vehicles is done at the client’s own risk.
