Job Description

  • Writing e-mails and responding to instant messages on behalf of the sales executive/s
  • Diary management and setting of appointments
  • Taking sales calls and enquiries on behalf of the sales executive/s
  • Preparing reports and updating activities
  • Assisting with sales administration when needed
    1. Generating quotes
    2. Checking stock and pricing
  • Adhoc tasks such as:
    1. Arranging refreshments
    2. Preparing sample bags
    3. Running errands

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Senior Certificate
  • Well-spoken, presentable and proficient in English
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience in an Assistant position will be advantageous
